All cutting dies begin in our Cad Department, using Artios Cad Software. We are able to import many non-Artios files directly into our software, including .dxf, .ddes, .dwg, and .eps formats. We also have the capablility to design corrugated boxes, displays and many other related services.

This program links directly to the Cimex Program which runs the Gerber 2400 watt PRC RQL Laser. The Quick RQL allows us to change dieboard diameters for machines from 22” Mini Martins to 87” jumbo flex-o folder gluers with the minimum of time and effort.

Our Adams X2 EasyBender uses the latest in rule-bending technology. Multiple rule canisters allow us to easily change rule profiles, as well as heights up to 1-1/4”. All straight rule, including that for rotary or flat dies is bent exactly to the specs coming from the Cad. This process assures accuracy and consistency.
