All cutting dies begin in our Cad Department, using Artios Cad Software. We are able to import many non-Artios files directly into our software, including .dxf, .ddes, .dwg, and .eps formats. We also have the capablility to design corrugated boxes, displays and many other related services.

The Artios Cad Software links with our Gerber Profile 408 Router for flat dies. We can produce anything from simple clicker dies to complex Bobst dies with male and female strippers.

Our Adams X2 EasyBender uses the latest in rule-bending technology. Multiple rule canisters allow us to easily change rule profiles, as well as heights up to 1-1/4”. All straight rule, including that for rotary or flat dies is bent exactly to the specs coming from the Cad. This process assures accuracy and consistency.
