The DSR Group, LLC opened its doors as Downing Steel Rule Die Co., Inc. in 1984, owned and operated by Burt and Joy Downing. Originally begun as a cutting die only operation, Downing Steel Rule experienced steady growth and success. As a result, the company was able to purchase a facility in Walton County in the town of Walnut Grove, Georgia. Our official address is 1000 Industrial Park Way, Loganville, GA 30052 (Due to Walnut Grove’s unique location, DSR’s postal and shipping address is Loganville, GA 30052). This our sole location, and thus serves as our corporate headquarters.

Less than 2 years after relocating, Downing Steel Rule was able to expand into printing plate manufacturing in February of 1995. In 2000, Downing Steel Rule reorganized into The DSR Group, LLC, a limited liability company, and built a new facility on an adjoining property. This allowed us to enlarge both the Cutting and Graphics Divisions within their separate, though linked facilities. This greatly increased our capabilities, while still providing the highest quality in product and service. Burt and Joy Downing remain as principles of the company.

RTA Signs Express and RTA Banners has been a natural outgrowth of our Graphics capabilities. Our Mutoh Value Jet Printer offers the most vibrant colors available for banners, vehicle wraps, signs and more. This, along with our cutter and laminator allow us to provide a variety of products for commercial as well as personal applications. The RTA means “Rapid Turn-Around” As with all our product, this simply means “service”. This is one our most important obligations as a company; to offer the best quality product with the quickest delivery possible.
